This social accountability tool was used to bridge the communication gap between Council, youth, and community members, as well as to reinforce mutual trust amongst them.

Over 20 workshops were held on various themes with different youth groups, council workers, and councillors to boost youth leadership, facilitate inter-generational dialogue, and boost the technical skills of council workers, councillors, and youth alike.
